i went yesterday to try on my new '87 ground effect thingies. i tried just the rear piece on first, all the mounting holes lined up, everything was kool until i put the front and rear pieces together. i went to put the whole side up to see how well it fit... and it was about an inch too short. just as i was writing that sentence i think there might be some extra trim on the edges of mine? but i doubt it.. am i doing something wrong here? also, in the holes in the body i had these little plastic inserts that my old trim pieces snapped into. the new pieces have screws, what am i supposed to put in thise holes? i might stop by the dealer and see what goes in there, it cant be that expensive...
