I read the manual last night and tried to make adjustments to my headlights this morning. Looking down on each headlight, there are two white screws. I could have sworn I read that the vertical adjustment was the outer white screw (towards the outside of the car). I turned it counter clock wise about 2 - 3 turns and it didn't change. That or I didn't notice much.
Am I doing this right? How many turns did you guys make to make them go up a bit?
Thanks,
Tim

The Manual is wrong, at least mine is. The vertical adjustment is the screw that is closer to the center of the car, the outer scew is your left to right adjustment, I read my manual three times and then finally figured it out. If you shine a flashlight on the back of the housing, you will see instructions for the correct adjustments.

I did it, and I believe the 99.5 projector headlights are reversed from what the 99 manual says. You will probably have to do both horizontal and vertical adjustment. It's hard to get the "step" to line up without adjusting both.
Read the faq on how to properly aim them. I had to raise my y2k's (inside screws) about 1.5 turns to have them aimed correctly.

Stern Lighting aiming FAQ

I think I know what you mean about the "step" in the light beam, but can you elaborate on lining these up?
