The FAQ instructions say that a "spade connector" should be attached to the positive lead. Does the hardwire kit suppiled with the V1 already have this connector attached. What is a spade connector?

I'm not sure if there's an easier way to do it, but I just cut the plastic thing off...

. . . and after I inserted the spade connector into the fuse box, pushed it back down to help insulate and hold the spade connector in place. It doesn't push all the way back down, but it goes into the slot for the fuse. This worked really well for me, and was quite simple ;-P
