how difficult would it be to fit the sport steering wheel to a nonsport steering wheel car? i flipped thru the archives and came across one post that said that the airbag sensors were different. the salvage a4 has all pieces including airbag and sensors.
another thing: power sports seats. is it possible to get power seats on my 1.8T? theyre also heated.. im guessing that theyre the sport seats cuz they seem to have higher bolsters and lumbars than my non sport seats. will the seat airbag plug right into the plug that comes on my 1.8?

does the 2.8 come with larger brakes than the 1.8T?

thanks in advance..

My car has the sport steering wheel but not the sports package. Since the wheel was a stand-alone option, it seems feasible that you could add it to a car that didn't have it originally. Getting the airbag connected properly would be the biggest issue, I suppose.

Brian, please send me an e-mail message. I'd like to discuss this salvage car with you.

My e-mail address is dsenko@uu.net. Thanks.

apparently the spindle changed i think from the 99.5, so an older steering wheel will not fit newer car.

The bose package speakers run at 6 or 12 ohms rather than the standard 4 ohm. The bose package includes an amp made by bose for bose speaker packages. The bose speakers by themselves will sound well, GOD AWFUL.

Cheers.
