Finally fixed my start problem. Traced it down to the thermo time switch and went to NAPA to order the part, when the guy said $88 I said, " you gotta be ****ting me". He looked all hurt so to alleviate his pain I scampered around the store and bought some wire and a single throw push-button switch. I wired it into the negative side (green & white) of the cold start valve, through the switch I bought and then to ground and let me tell ya it works like a charm. It always starts fine when it's cold but when the ambient air temp gets to about the cut off (80 degrees I think) the car wouldn't start and it wouldn't start if only shut off for a couple of seconds. Hope this tid-bit saves someone some cash.
