I am a new A4 owner. How can I use my Sprint Touchpoint phone with the prewired handsfree system in my A4?

You'll need to get the handsfree kit for your brand/model. (this is not an abolute requirement,but will yield the most userfriendly install)
I'm still trying to locate one for any old cheap analog phone, I want the stereo mute feature, and some kits don;t support this.
It's difficult getting reliable information from the cell phone store people, they are generally clueless.
On top of that Nokia just told me they wont send me instructions on one of their old kits, 'cuz they don;t want end user's doing the install.

Back to your question,
1) get kit
2) print out a4.org faq that details 25pin d-shell connector pinout (found in trunk)
3) wire it all up
4) have your radio reprogrammed with VAG tool to support it all.
