Somebody told me that the radiotor fan on the CGT/4k is a multi-speed unit. It uses different speeds for different contions and should be in "high" when the AC is on. Is that right? Mine seems to be only one speed and it's pretty low. If it IS a multi-speed fan, where/what should I check to get mine back they way it is supposed to be? This could explain why my AC condensor isn't getting enough air flow to properly cool (my mechanic wants to add a pusher fan, but if it is a multi-speed fan I'll have him check that first). HELP!

my 4000's rad. fan is multi speed, has a low and high setting, and is the dual fan shroud type.

check the plug on your fan, if it has 2 wires its 1 speed, if it has 3 wires its 2 speeds, i belive its a relay that controls the speeds, i don't which one it is cause knock on wood i haven't had to change it yet =).
