I went to autozone to get spark wires and they quoted me $57. In pep boys it was like $60 something. Does anyone know some cheap site for spark plug wires, because theese prices are too high. '86 Audi 4000S.

Not sure, but I think the Audi 1.8 is the same as the VW GTI 1.8. Call 1 800 321 5432 and see if you can use those wires...might be cheaper. When you say 4000s I'm assuming you are saying non-quattro.

Autozone carries cheap-ass wires for VW 1.8 at around $30. Make sure you look at them first, though, some VW distributors have pins in the cap, others don't. Take one of yours in to compare the connectors.

Blau has Cap, rotor, wires and plugs all in a tune up kit, for $100. I got it and the car loved it.

Assuming they come with the OEM loom, that's a great price. BLAU wants $70 for them. If they don't come with the loom, you can get a better price from BLAU. They have a set for all 10V inline 5s from 84-91 for $40, but you have to reuse your loom.
