has anyone ever seen a car that shoots out a flame from its tail pipe when it hits a certain rpm and a depress of the acc pedal?

whats that caused from and how can i do it hehe

also anyone have a way to setup front highbeams to flash like cop cars, not at the same time i want one to flash then the other etc, i saw a 3000GT with that done on it, but he wouldnt share how he did it.
