Dude, if you really think that this forum is wasted space, then don't post to it. I'm sure that the space taken up on AW's server is much less than a fraction of your posting on the installation of your supercharger (which is amazing, BTW, but I digress..).
That single posting about somebody who knows of a 3 cyl 2-stroke for sale justifies the existence of the forum - it may make the difference between someone being able to get that impossible to find part to finish the restoration and get their old (pre-VW-ownership "Audi") DKW out on the road and to shows or having it rest under a tarp for another year.
