I am going to fix a weeping output flange seal on my 91 200 20v. Looking at the Bentley manual, it looks fairly straight forward.

As long as I have one end off, I am considering replacing the drive shaft if it is not a real tough job. I am guessing that the way to go is a properly rebuilt one, so any recommendations as to where to buy would be great. Any hints on the repair would be great as well.

If your CV joints are good why don't you get a set of boots and some good grease and do it yourself? I have an inherent distrust of buying rebuilt stuff [starters, alts, calipers etc.]....you never know what was wrong with it previously and you don't know what the rebuilders did to it...and you know the part you're rebuilding fits properly.
