I had them all written down a little Post-It note that obviously grew legs and ran off.

I remember there being a Shell, Mobil, etc.

Significantly cheaper similar--but definitely not exactly equivalent--hydraulic oils that have been reported used in Audi systems successfully are Mobil's DTE 23M, Chevron's Rykon Premium 32 and (my personal experience including sub-zero (F) temperatures) Shell Tellus T32. Note on the latter that there is both a Tellus 32 and a T32, and you want the T32. Cost me about $8.50 a gallon in a 5-gallon pail.
