The oil leak sounds like it's in the line to the oil cooler. Very common failure in a V8. Is the leak right at the point the line connects to the cooler? Sometimes it's as simple as the O-ring seal needing replacement. I have one where the line itself leaked just back from the connection. Bought a used replacement for lines and cooler.
On the no-start circumstance, is it that the starter turns the engine over but the engine doesn't start, or is it that the starter sometimes doesn't turn the engine at all?

I probably have the line, came with a spare cooler I bought. Let me know which one, or a picture may be best.

seems to be leaking near the point where it connects to oil cooler.....and on the starting problem when i turn on the key and crank there's all kinds of clicking sounds from the fuse or computer under the passenger foot area, i have to keep trying to crank....won't respond for like first 6 or so times then it will crank and start up and run fine
