I have been having problems with starting my car cold, would these fuses cause it to idle rough and start hard.

more likely its a vacuum leak or cold start valve

engine coolant temperature sensor which informs the ECU if the engine is hot or cold. What type of car do you have 5000, 100, 200 or V8 Quattro? Turbo or non-turbo / stick or automatic?
