I am considering moving up the Horsepower ladder and getting either the K03 sport or K04 turbo upgrade and was hoping someone in the Boulder/Fort Collins area has made the switch and would be willing to give me a ride before taking the plunge?

Any takers?

...or the PES SC. I won't do either until next year. I currently have TAP Stage 2.

I haven't called Dave at RevSport yet. I thought I would try to find someone a little closer first before running all the way down to Colorado Springs.

I talked to a guy over at Stammler one day that had a stage III setup but he was not too friendly. He had the attitude that his A4 was better than all others and...oh yeah..don't touch my car. Not the typical A4 kind of guy.

I had a ride a while back in a stage III (plus?) A4 that had been prepared by RevSport. The car was very fast, very noisy and lots of fun. Dave estimated that it was producing well over 250 bhp.

The owner of the car is in Denver but I don't have his number or address and he doesn't do email. You should be able to contact him through either Dave or the Audi service manager at Prestige Imports in Denver. Prestige told me about this guy when I asked them about the merits of chipping. You can also email me privately Thomas, but my office email is currently screwed up and I may not answer for a while.

FWIW, I wouldn't attempt this mod. And I'm not sure the owner would if he had to make the decision over again. You should definitely talk to Dave and the owner.
