i go to Bay Ridge Audi right now and i am very disappointed in the service...can someone give me some other options in the NYC area...trying to stay out of manhattan though...New Jersey would be good too.

I did not get a chance to see their service department.

well, i got a better deal in Jersey. the service department handles ALOT of cars everyday and you dont get the best service, sometimes having to leave the car overnight (when dropping it off at 8am). So im looking for a little more individual attention.
