I've got a 99 coming and I understand a chip is the best bang for my buck as an upgrade. But, what chips are available to me, what possible side effects could I expect and who/where can I order it from? <br>Your comments are greatly appreciated. THX

I bought a wetterauer chip and it has worked flawlessly over a year now. I picked it for it's ability to change back to the stock chip if so needed ( so far though I haven't had to )and to upgrade should they find some little tweek to further enhance performance or longevity . It is the best performance upgrade I've ever added to a car I've owned. I got the 1bar chip - some say it's too much boost for the turbo but so far no problems. If you purchase one be sure to let them know if you've got a tip tranny ( makes a difference in the softwear). Other chips are less expensive and claim the same results so look around but I'm very happy with the product,reliability and folks that stand behind wetterauer chips. Hope this helps..
