I kno wi can clear 215 40 18's on a 91 200TQ (because ive mounted them before) but im wondering if after grinding (or rolling) the fenders if ide beable to squeez 225 40 18's (extremely alot more tire choices with this size over the 215's). Ide like to run some RS4 18" replica's but dont wanna get stuck with falken's (ide like to run SO-3's because ive had them on both my audi's and i LOVE them!) PZero Nero's are on the coupe now but the so-3's still stuck a little better.

For what it's worth, I'm running 215/45 seventeens stretched extremely tightly across 17x8.5's (ET35mm) and there's plenty of clearance all around for even larger setups
