If you like them they're not tacky. Putting them on your car without actually having the hardware... now, that's tacky.

Then do it. A car is like a suit... if you like the way it looks, buy it and wear it. Who gives a flying fart what anyone else cares. It's your car.

should lower your 0-60 time though!
