After assuming the worst, it turned out to be the wire in the driver's door. It had been repaired by the PO and the break was inside the butt crimp. I should have listened to the board, and my daughter Morgan who pointed out that if was in the switch the driver's switch should override.

yeah, those door jamb wires are a pain. Bad design. I have one on the pass side that is starting to break the insulation. Who know's what it's for, I'm just going to fix it before it turns into an issue.

Someone fixed that wire before or the butt joint wouldn't been there to break. Now I know who to suspect.
