I'm trying to figure out if Pelican Blue is in my future, but I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure out what it *really* would look like on a '00 Avant..
When I go to "Build Your Audi" at the AoA web site (http://www.audiusa.com/cars/a41a/build.htm), the Pelican Blue image looks great to me. It's sort of a gutsy, metallic, medium blue. But when I go to the UK Audi web site (http://www.audi.co.uk/newcars/A4Avant/), choose the A4 Avant 1.8 SE (which has the roof rack and 10-spoke "sport" wheels) and color it "Kingfisher Blue" (which is a "Lifestyles" color--the UK equivalent of "Cool Shades"), it comes out much lighter than Pelican Blue at the AoA site.
Is Kingfisher Blue lighter than Pelican Blue, or is it just Pelican Blue by another name? Is the *real* Pelican Blue a medium or light metallic blue?
Are you folks happy with your Pelican Blue cars, or do you get tired of it?
For that matter, do you suppose Jaipur Red is the same as India Red?
