Hi all,
I am fixing up my son's 84 5000S. New water pump and head and it is running okay. Needs two door handles and it'll be a nice car.
Two questions:
What is the flashing warning light in the center of the dash? Looks like it represents brake shoes? A circle with two arcs close by. How do I make it stop?
There are several vacuum lines plugged with golf tees. There is no sticker on the car. Can someone identify each line by color for me. Eg. White line goes to...from... black line goes to...from....Pix would be great if possible, or a schematic with colors shown.
Many thanks.
Alan

check to see if your brake pads have the sensor lines. Some pads do, some pads don't. If they do, make sure that they are properly attached. Also make sure that they are not frayed or pinched...

If that looks fine check the thickness of the pads themselves...
