Help! I posted this question a while back, but nobody replied. Whenever I turn on the climate control, it will come on high, run for a second, then shuts off, im not even able to get heat to come out, nothing...Any ideas

what model, year, do you have again? I can check my Bentley for ya and see what I can find.

Sorry I didnt list what model it was. It's an 85 5000S non turbo, i also failed to mention the compressor cycles on and off, like every 4 seconds or so, after the fan cuts off. Thanks for your help.

What I know from experience is this much... the multi-function temp switch has to do with your a/c as well as other things. If you're car is registerign too hot, then that switch will tell your car to turn off the a/c in order to save itself from running even hotter. Does you're car overheat or run warm often? If so.. then maybe you should check that out first. If not, then maybe the switch is bad. If you're sure that everything in this area is okay.. I can maybe fax you the checklist from my Bentley.
