my blower output dam is stuck on defrost, how do i fix it?

I would also highly suspect the programmer, located behind the glove compartment... It has a reputation for failing.

everything in the car has a reputation for failing, well everything short of the engine itself. it's like... "yup, you could drive me if i was a normal car, but since i'm controlled both by my complex electrical system, and the force, i will not go anywhere".
