if anyone can help me out with fixing an AC problem with my audi 100.. please drop me some advice.

I found that i can purchase the refridgerant at walmart for a measly 3 dollars a bottle.
so any tips on how to recharge the AC unit.. please help me out!

it is very difficult to buy the right stuff (in this case the old stuff, R12), and with the car that old it is likely the O rings are gone. This, and tire busting, are the jobs I go to the guy with the right tools for. Good luck with it.
