New Jorgen rack, new supply hose and high pressure hose along w/new o-rings. Cleaned the Pento$in resevoir and new fluid. Replaced every thing except one tiny hose from the brake master cylinder to the resevoir, everything tight, no leaks and steering feels great.

Last week I get the brake triangle and the three beeps on Mr. Autocheck.

I look at the resevoir and son-of-a-gun if it ain't sitting on the low level. It was at the high level for three weeks.

I check all the fittings for tightness, and everything is tight and dry...

...except for one hose.

Yup, you got it, the tiny hose from the MC to the resevoir had sprung a leak to spite me! One piddily little hose I forgot to order. <sigh>

Oh well, back to the dealer I go.

I have never had bad leaks. I did the Jorgen rack about 18 months ago/20K miles. Now my resevoir is constantly ABOVE the high mark. Of course, if I brake a little hard and turn at the same time I get the beeping red warning light because the pump can't put out any pressure.

The ONLY line I replaced with the rack was the little one to the resevoir :-)
