My climate control fan has just recently decided its only going to blow out air when I make left hand turns and only at a specific degree of turn. Anybody know what the heck is going on? If I want air I have to drive in circles :-).

I replaced the blower about 3 years ago.

maybe the brushes in the fan are only making contact during the turns (or some other related electrical component) try moving the fan while the car is running and stationary, and see if it turns on. sounds like dirty contacts somewhere.

The fan only comes on when the car is in motion and turning left. If I'm stopped and turn the wheel it does not come on.

I once experienced this condition, and it was indeed, I hate to say, caused by worn brushes on the fan motor. It takes a few hours to R & R the housing that encloses the fan, but while you are in there, replace the heater core.
