Looks kinda complex considering those two "rivet-sliders" in the glass at the upper corners. Debating wether to replace myself or go to a specialist. Thanks.

Pull the inside door skin and the window goes in from the inside of the door

What's wrong? Window broken (shattered) or just won't raise/lower?
