i would have figured the turbo would give it a lot more boost then I feel like I get. But it still gives me around 1.2 bar. I guess all is okay then?
Has anyone replaces the radiator? How hard is it? About how long?
Climate control works fine... defroster vents work fine... regular air vents not blowing. I know this means a vacuum leak, but how hard is it to fix? Anyone done this before? Should I be nervous about doing it myself?

On AC/air vents: I have a similar problem tracked to the solenoids which are located in a 6X6 black control box mounted on the interior firewall behind the glove box. There is no vac leak in mine. These electric solenoids have to open and close gates for the air to pass through. Looking for parts at present. Tap that box with a screw driver handle and see if the air doesn't flow soon after. Mine did!

...and it controls the flaps for directing air out the various vents.

Sometimes you can pull one apart (junkyard variety) and de-solder a good solenoid to replace a bad one. Audi charges out the kazoo for this complete unit. Also, various late eighties GM cars used the same type of controller, and swaps can be fabricated.

Go to www.audifans.com and search for A/C programmer in the archives, it will help edumacate ya (it did for me!).
