I am pretty sure it only happens when I turn my stereo on at a high volume setting, or when I turn it up loud while already listening to it. I have an aftermarket (Sony Xplod) deck in there... let's test it today ? :)

Is the no. 12 fuse the circuit that the radio is on? Or do you have a killer amp sucking down lots of juice on that circuit?

Works fine now...

Stereo is Sony Xplod CD/Receiver, no amp or subwoofers yet...

The 20A fuse seems to work just fine now...
