I have searched the archives, but I still have a few questions about the 99.5.<p>1. Will there be any price changes?<p>2. when can we expect them in dealerships?<p>3. I've spoken with a couple of savvy salesmen who have acknowledged the changes and discussed them with me, but some salespeople either are being kept in the dark by their managers or are playing dumb. The philosophy may be that if customers know about the modifications, they'll be reluctant to accept a '99.<p>One of the salespeople I spoke with told me that Audi has been (historically speaking) reluctant to raise prices, and considering the relatively minor changes in the 99.5 A4, he doesn't expect that there will be a price increase. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he's right.... That's because I just signed up for a factory order and told my salesman that I want the 99.5 (Santorin Blue/Opal Gray cloth, 1.8T QMS, with S/R.<p>BTW, one additional bit of info--they're dropping "Aluminum" paint and adding "Light Silver". Also, they're changing Ecru/Blue upholstery to Ecru/Cabernet and adding a new color of cloth--Clay. No idea how Clay will differ from Opal Gray, but I'd sure like to know, while there's still time to make changes in my order.<br>
