but it will blink out fault codes. I follow sjm's procedure, but the none of the output tests ever work. The car runs fine, aside from the isv which i have been trying to troubleshoot, hence the output test. When I first got the car, i performed these tests and they worked fine. I have no idea whats going on. I think my ecu is screwed up. Anybody have any ecu's I could get or borrow to see if it is the problem. Thanks I'm in pa 19512

i think i narrowed the problem down the S75 circuit breaker, when replaced with a fuse it will let the isv start working again, at least i don't have a fried ecu
