many folks that build their own home enclosures and crossovers use them.

but it's in a old Cutlass so you can only appreciate it when the engine is off...

have you seen a price for some somewhere?

I think she has one set left, there were three this morning. I missed out on a a pair of Morel Ovations last month for $335.00, I think they list for about $800.00. I know the Ovations sound good but I was not sure about these. I am going to use them to replace the MB Quarts in my front doors, I am running a Mac also.

http://cgi.ebay.com/MOREL_W0QQitemZ110231857269QQihZ001QQcategoryZ3281 9QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem</a

But there crossover is great and somehow makes those two things work if the placement is right... I'm partial to Dynaudio though...

Which I know I can't make fit in the original front locations. Do you know of a set that is 5.25 that I could fit in the front doors of the other car? If so I would love to have a recommendation. Cheers =)

that you almost need to just decide on a speaker you like up to 5.25, depth is not so much of a worry because there is plenty of depth. Then take the door panel off and custom fit it since
aftermarket speakers have all different mounting configurations from manufacturer to manufacturer. You'll make your brain melt if you think too much about it before taking it apart and just making it work. =)
