Ok guys, they've been cast, machined, packed and shipped on their way here. Should be landing at our doorstep in a week or so.

A couple photos of the finished product:

Now, for the nitty gritty, these are the flow numbers for a stock RS2 exh manifold, compared to the new high output design:

The manifolds are being cast in the same factory Audi/VW currently use for most all of their turbo manifolds. The material spec has (at minimum) the same nickel content as the factory RS2 manifolds, so rest assured, these are top quality units.

Aaaand, what you're all waiting for. Pricing.

Retail on the new manifolds will be $995.00, however, we're offering an introductory price on the first 10 units of $895.00. Feel free to contact us here at the shop with any questions or orders. We've been waiting for this one for a while now :)

actual cast metal manifolds. I would imagine that smooth plastic flows better than rough(ish) metal.

I would hope that the flows will still be better than the OE RS2 manifold though.

Running them back to back with RS2, 2871 and 3071 would show how the increased flow impacts the torque curve. My guess would be that you give up some low end torque to get the top end power. How much you give up and how much you gain with each turbo would be great to have some quantitative numbers for comparison.

But I wrecked it before I got serious. I was told by the Germans that it would support 550 crank
