When i shift hard into 2nd the brake light flashes....does anyone know whats up with that

But actually, I found it happened when I hesitated a bit on the shift - it gives the fluid time to slosh forward, and then back again when you apply throttle in 2nd - making it slosh even further back. The fluid sensor is on the drivers side of the reservoir, in the middle (you can see it). Tell the dealer the problem, and he should top it up for free to the max line.

If this is the same one, then Ive had it happen to me also. But it was after a hard launch out of first. The light would blink accompanied by that annoying beeping sound. Are we all talking about the same thing??
