Should i change the oil after every 3,000 miles or should i stick to the 5,000 miles. I have a TAP stage 2 chip and love it. Remus Exhaust and K&N filter.

I'ts cheap insurance $25.00 per change ,I always change my oil at 3000 miles . And with a turbo car I feel it's a must !!! AXEL

Any thoughts on switching to synthetic?

...and I have a Garrett 1.0 bar chip installed. Every 3,000 miles would be a good idea with conventional oil but overkill (IMHO) if you're using a good synthetic oil.
