sometimes its HP... sometimes its the driver... sometimes its about how well the car handles.

Anyone who describes their car as slow, but is willing to bet money on a race against anyone is either a complete idiot or has a wicked fast car that looks stock. My instinct is that his Mustang is far from stock.
