I had H&R spprings and stock sports shocks suspension combo on my 99.5 1.8T. I am pretty satisfied with the performance overall but feel the ride is a liitle bit rough/bumpy. Will I get a better ride if I change the shocks? Any suggestions on what I should get(bilstein,Koni,tein....)? I live in Vancouver and does anybody from this region know any good place to get it done?

Around 1.75 inch. Significant gain in performance and never have any trouble going over speed bumps. just the perfect height.
