When I am hard on the pedal, I get this strong gas smell inside the cabin. I went searching for it under the hood and it seems to be coming from the back of the airbox and this might be it. Like I said I only get the smell when pushing hard.

What do you call this little canister? Is this a delear only part? Can I get by by gluing it?

I have same random fuel smell. Often on a stops after spirited driving. Noticed it's more after I get V-Power fuel(coincidence?)

I have recall performed and there is no leaks at those fuel lines. I also narroved it down to air/fuel filter area..

I'll have to look at that this weekend. Anyone have one?

It really was the source of the smell. I JB welded it together and on hard runs, the smell is no longer there..
