I have the wheel and airbag, I've checked the s-cars.org write-up but can't make heads or tails and don't want to buy any more parts than absolutely necessary. Can anyone add any guidance ?

The top and bottom column covers from a 1995-96 A6/S6, and the tilt and telescopic wheel handles from the same. The A6/S6 parts are the same here. Some of the parts need to be modified to work.
