View Full Version : The AC snowflake is always on in auto climate mode. Does the compressor always run?

If the snow flake is on the compressor is on. The auto climate control adds heat if necessary. Below around 38 degrees or by pushing the snowflake button the compressor is off. Unless it is very humid, I recommend turning off the compressor to save wear and gas mileage. Climate control is automatic but still needs an assist once in awhile.
