I have a consistant flow of friends and co-workers who -- after being in my A4 for the first time -- suddenly want one. I always tell them to go for it. But it's really weird. And it's not so much, hey nice car, or good choice I like these too, it almost always "I want one of these!" Anyone else notice this? Also I seem to get a more consistent positive repsonse to my new Black 2.8QMS versus my old Yellow 97 1.8TQM.

That's exactly how I got hooked. I was toying with the idea about 6 months ago when a friend got one. One ride and it was all over. Now everybody in the office is getting one.

Yes!! first day I picked up my 2.8qms, drove to the office (have to pay for it somehow!) and a couple of my co-workers drove it, only in the parking lot of course, loved it!! Even one of the executives who just picked up a '00 BMW 323 last weekend liked it a lot. It was thrilling seeing the look on his face of wow, you paid how much and you get these many features/options.. Ha HA
