I have a narrow band A/F ratio meter with an injector duty cycle meter. As I was leaving this morning the injector pulse was showing as 100% even when at idle for about 3 minutes. The signal is picked up on the #5 injector wire. What's going on here? I assume the injector is momentarily grounded by the ECU to make it open. If there is a mechanical issue and the injector sticks either open or closed will it effect the meters reading or is it that there is an electrical malfunction going on? Any thought?
