ok guys, help for battery drain (tozom8 i have update for u)
ok, i took out my vaccum pump and tested my light again and my light was just as bright with or without pump connected, i thought it might be the pump because it is kind of loud and i thought it might be on its last legs but it was very clean and didnt change the power usage.
My next quess is radio, it just hit me that my radio always stays on even when i open the door (is that normal??)

The original Audi Gamma radio in my wife's car was on all the time.
That is why all those radio's volume **** wears out. I took it a part and re-soldered the power wire, so it shuts off with the key, but doesn't forget the code.
So the next step is to disconnect the radio and check for drain again.

just did it, my dad ahd the light on, nothing changed after i took the radio out
the lights on pretty bright, somthing has got to be on, i cant think of anything else though.
im thinking and thinking and i cant think of one more thing i can even check?
the two things i have thought could be the problem are
-rear amp is disconnected because of poping sound so i can listen to the radio
-sunroof motor is disconnected (but this was after my first batter started to die)

Unplug or disconnect anything that can draw power.
Also disconnect the big + cable on the front next to the starter. You went trough all the fuses, radio and the power lock pump. Not much stuff left.

An iddea:
With the ignition key removed, disconnect only the battery (+) cable, chose the larger AMPS scale at the Voltemeter(must read AMPS), connect the black terminal(-) of the voltimeter to the batery (+) and the red terminal(AMPS) of the voltimeter to the (+) cable that you disconnected from the batery on first place. Be carefull, some voltimeter's AMPS scale is very low and you can damage them!!! Mine reads until 20AMPS.
Ask someone to remove the fuses one by one by the same time that you observe the AMPS readings, and I'm sure that you will find the "source" of the problem, as when you remove the "right" fuse, consumation will go almost to 0AMPS.
