More on symptoms, please- cranks fine but no fire, correct?...
And it used to run, and all you've done is mess with the connectors on the firewall that go to the coils and POSes, and swapped out POSes?
I had the same problem with my 95 S6- it was running rough, and I swapped out the coil cover/coil pack assy for a known good spare, and it refused to start afterwards, even when I swapped the original assy back in!
I eventually traced it down to just poor connections- I took all the connectors at the firewall, cleaned them, used some contact enhancer, and reassembled, and also made sure the ground wire was solid and making good contact on the valve cover. Fired right up (after 2 days of tearing my hair out, that is).
