Default well no luck finding a short (tozom8??)

i used my amp reader, i think i had it on the right setting, it was showing 25.7 (amps?) and i had it from the postive on the bat to the positive lead of the car. i took out each fuse 1 by 1 and the reading never changed. idk what else it could be, my windows dont always work with my door open so its not that, nothing is running after the car is turned off. any more ways i can tell if somthing is wrong? im at a loss..

25.7 milliamps is fine. 25.7 amps is not. Units are important.

Default That is way too much. Even your headlights won't draw that much.

I think you had your tester in the wrong setting. 26 Amps would make a big spark when you touch the pos. cable to the battery. My wife's 94' 100 has fuses under the hood ( driver's side ) and on the side of the dash board ( driver's side ).

If you still can't find it, pull the plugs (3) from the power lock pump.
