Default New wastegate spring

So I installed my 1.8 bar wastegate spring today on my stock S4. It definitely spools up faster now, but it seems to buck between 4.5k and 5k rpm. What could that be? Maybe is the cap on too tight?

Default how much is the spring? ive thought about doing that...

im stock as well, i figure thats an easy mod that doesnt put more stress on my car right?
