No, hell Javad (599whp), Christian (430whp), Myself (245whp) in one shop without issues...

except my flywheel pin is incorrectly placed or something else is a foot.

A local Nissan Skyline is making over 500whp with a LWFW (aluminum). No problems.

Only problem I've ever seen with AL flywheels was with the mounting bolts to the crank.

The flywheel didn't have a steel plate between the bolts and flywheel. The aluminum center compressed a little bit and bolts came loose. Everything started hammering itself and eventually it sheared all the flywheel bolts in one foul swoop. This was on a new Toyota MR-2 (custom turbo setup) making about 500 hp.
