Rear bearing question

Rear bearing question
Had the suspension changed to H&R sports with Bilstein and shortly afterwards noticed a squealing from the right rear. Checked the dust shields and they were bent a little towards the rotor and pushed them back. Not a whole lot of improvement if any in the squeal. The guide pins for the rear calipers I lubed about 2 years ago. I notice the squeal is at low speed as well as higher and goes away when I turn to the right. Starts again with a turn to the left, sometimes just straight. SO, I'm thinking the wheel bearing is bad. Sound reasonable? If so, I'm going to do both sides and replace the rotors and do the caliper overhaul (was going to anyway) How painful a process is the wheel bearing replacement? Any tips?

Bearings do not squeal when they go bad they make a low humming noise or growl.
although if there was play in the bearing it could cause a squealing noise to come from the brakes when going through turns. Since brake pads are always in contact with the rotor on disc brake systems. Otherwise the first time you hit the pedal there would be no pedal or it would at least be mushy.
