Default What's the current consensus on suspension upgrades?

It's been a while, I just got a new-to-me bone stock '93 S4, want to do a suspension upgrade.

I assume Billstein Sport struts, but what about springs? I had the hard-to-find Eibachs on my old S6 avant and found them a bit harsh around town. Great at the track, but a bit rough in City driving.

What woudl be the recommended springs for a compromise of decent clearance (for city driving, snow)with occasional track use?

Thanks,
Robert

If you want something less harsh than Eibachs you are going to have to go with '92 springs.

European OE-spec sport springs are softer than Eibach. Very similar to 92-spec.

Default the ultimate compromise are the OEM euro sport springs...

I've posted on this many times - search under my name. Got mine from Alex at europrice.
Love them.

Default We have OE Audi European Sport Springs available and a possible group purchase...

The European sport springs are a compromise to the H&R and Eibach, and other various aftermarket springs. You can see the ride height of these springs in the picture above.

If you are interested in joining the group purchase, (10+ will likely see a $100 savings over retail), please contact at: contact@euro-audi-parts.com.

Thank you,
